✓ Immediate Account Failure
If the account stops working within the first hour of receiving access and we cannot restore it or provide an alternative.
1.2 Partial Refund Scenarios
We may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion if:
- Access duration was significantly shorter than the typical minimum (e.g., less than 1 day for $2.50 plan)
- Major functionality issues occurred that we couldn't resolve
- We determine, in good faith, that the service didn't meet reasonable expectations
2. When Refunds Are NOT Available
✗ Variable Duration
Refunds are not available solely because access duration was shorter than you hoped. We clearly state that duration varies and cannot be guaranteed.
✗ Change of Mind
Once access credentials are provided and confirmed working, refunds are not available if you simply decide not to use the service.
✗ After Successful Use
If you've successfully logged in and used the account, even briefly, refunds are generally not available unless access immediately stopped working.
✗ Technical Issues on Your End
Problems with your internet connection, device, or setup are not grounds for refund if the credentials work properly.
✗ Violations of Terms
If your access is terminated due to misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Contact Us Immediately
If you believe you're eligible for a refund:

- Explain the issue clearly and provide any relevant details
- Provide your payment confirmation (transaction ID, payment date)
- Allow us time to investigate (typically 2-24 hours)
3.2 Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be made:

- Within 7 days of payment if access was never provided
Requests made after these windows may not be honored.

4.3 Payment Processor Fees
For full refunds, we absorb the payment processing fees. For partial refunds, fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
